By applying for membership at Evolution Gym NI, you are indicating that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
- Membership
2.1 Membership gives you access to the facilities during the published opening hours and depending on the type of membership you purchased. 2.2 Evolution Gym NI reserves the right to reject an application for any reason. 2.3 Members must adhere to the rules and guidelines of Evolution Gym NI at all times.
- Fees and Payments
3.1 All membership fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable. 3.2 Failure to pay membership fees may result in the suspension or termination of membership.
- Health and Safety
4.1 All members must complete a Health Declaration Form before starting their exercise program. 4.2 Members with any health concerns or medical conditions should consult a doctor before joining the gym. 4.3 Evolution Gym NI is not responsible for any injuries sustained while using the facilities.
- Personal Belongings
Evolution Gym NI is not responsible for any loss or damage to your personal belongings while you are on the premises.
- Conduct
6.1 Members are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner while at the gym. 6.2 Any member who is found to be behaving in an unacceptable or offensive manner may have their membership terminated.
- Cancellation Policy
7.1 Members may cancel their membership at any time, but no refunds will be given for unused portions of the membership.
- Changes to Terms and Conditions
Evolution Gym NI reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately.
